Anonymous said...: when i was a kid, my mom bought my dad a soft denim shirt and embroidered some small images of things he liked on it, here and there. there was a sailboat and a row of stars on the sleeve. there was also a toadstool. i drew a rose, and she embroidered a version onto it.
