1949 - The Arnold and Selma Potter House, Cape Elizabeth ME. Although the house has since been added onto (a bedroom wing) and the materials stripped back to bare wood from its original coated surface, the house's form remains intact. Today, the screens are closed in with glass.

I'm so impressed you found this - and in CE! I still think we should all go visit the Gropius House together. http://www.historicnewengland.org/historic-properties/homes/Gropius%20House/gropius-house
